Hawkstone Hall is a beautifully restored 18th-century country mansion tucked within the pastoral splendour of the Shropshire countryside. The building is grade one listed and it’s grandeur and heritage is something to behold.

An Autumnal Wedding in the Shire

Hawkstone is an impressive venue, you approach along a winding track with stunning views, cresting a small hill the hall sits before you framed beautifully by the surrounding estate land.

Becky and Gareth were married in the old chapel attached to the Hall, inside the vaulted ceilings and light interior add a real sense of occasion. The bridal suite is large and was bathed in a soft autumn light. Later we were escorted by golf buggies up to to the walled rose garden where an ancient cherry tree provided a dramatic autumnal display. As the light faded fireworks added another seasonal treat with guests enjoying an impressive series of pyrotechnics to music.

Getting Married at Hawkstone Hall & Gardens

As a luxury wedding venue Hawkstone Hall offers so much, from stunning rooms with high gilded ceilings to large gardens stretching over broad terraces to the hills beyond. It is the perfect blend of authentic character, luxurious comfort and landscaped beauty. I was able to capture so much of this unique venue when filming Becky and Gareth's wedding and I can't wait to return.
